Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Once you place your order, it goes into production within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is being prepared, and another once it ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary by location. Most orders arrive within:

Europe: 3–7 business days

North America: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on local carriers, customs, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the site.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it cannot be reshipped automatically. You may place a new order, and we’ll assist with a product refund from the first order (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
